HOW DO I REDEEM MY E-GIFT CARD?
e-Gift cards can be used as a form of payment for purchases on muglerusa.com. To redeem your e-gift card, enter the 19 digit e-gift card number and 4 digit pin at checkout. Any remaining balance on your e-gift card can be used on future muglerusa.com purchases.

HOW DO I GIFT AN E-GIFT CARD?
To give the gift of an e-gift card, simply choose your e-gift card design on this page, enter the recipient information and choose the dollar value of the card. The card will be added to your muglerusa.com cart and you can proceed to checkout. Once checkout is complete, the recipient will receive an email that they have been gifted an e-gift card to muglerusa.com with instructions on how to redeem towards their future purchases.

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER MADE WITH AN E-GIFT CARD?
Yes! Once your purchase is returned, a new e-gift card will be triggered and emailed to you with a new gift card number and pin number.

HOW DO I FIND MY E-GIFT CARD BALANCE?
Simply click here, and you will be able to check your balance. Please note: E-gift card balances are not updated until an order made with the card has shipped.

DO MUGLERUSA.COM E-GIFT CARDS EVER EXPIRE OR DEPRECIATE?
Our e-gift cards never depreciate in value. If a card with a balance has had no activity for 5 years, it will be deactivated. A deactivated card cannot be reactivated.

CAN I SPLIT A PAYMENT BETWEEN AN E-GIFT CARD AND A CREDIT CARD?
Yes, split payments are allowed with e-gift cards. The e-gift card amount will apply first, and if there’s a remaining balance, you can pay it with a credit card.

 Use of this e-gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The Mugler e-Gift Card is redeemable when purchasing goods or services at muglerusa.com. The value of your purchase will be deducted from the card’s current value. This e-Gift Card may be used multiple times until the value is fully depleted. This e-Gift Card is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. This card does not expire, and there are no fees associated with its use.
