Through a balance of sculptural tailoring with the ultra-feminine treatment of ruching and transparency, Cadwallader infuses the MUGLER heritage with a streamlined, urban spirit. A light and powdery palette of sunset and blush tones is anchored by bright MUGLER blue, black, red, and white.
Textures are driven by sheer layering, as airbrush knitwear, spliced organza leggings, and nylon blazers contrast the utility feel of snap-stud utility jackets and belted karate jeans. Zippers and drawstrings allow the silhouette to shift from elegant to extreme, such as in gathered zip trousers: garment-dyed for intense colour and shine.
Spiral denim has been re-imagined in new shapes and colourways, as has the oversized blazer – incorporating corsetry that cinches a sculpted waist. Each fashioned from over 800m of knitted ribbon, a column dress and tuxedo jacket burst to life in an explosion of handmade fringe.
